Livefyre Learn is an all-in-one learning portal built to allow customers to easily access success stories, how-to tutorials, developers’ documentation, and best practices necessary for them to succeed. The portal is meant to inspire and foster customer self-education.

Being the lead creative on the project, I collaborated closely with the project manager, Director of Customer Marketing, and Creative Director to strategize, white-board, wireframe, and produce hi-fidelity comps for the engineering team to implement. Throughout the project, we also involved various stakeholders and ran user testing on a few customers to gather feedback and buy-ins. Our customer service team and customers couldn’t have been happier.
